Have you ever asked yourself, "Who is responsible for tracking my credit information, making sure that I am protected, and for ensuring nothing detrimental is happening to lower my score?" Do you know the answer? Everyone is responsible for their OWN score. While that might scare you a bit, it's also the truth.

Ordering your credit report is the first step in taking control. Plus, it's a step on the path to improving your credit rating so you can access financial freedom and a life no longer full of worry.

Three things you must understand when ordering and reviewing your credit report.

1. The Top Three.
When you order your report, the key is in getting it from the three big companies: Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion. You want all three for a clear picture because they each show different information and they all matter.

2. The Signs.
Know what you are looking for in these three reports. It's too easy, when you open the envelop, see all the rows and columns and numbers, you're eyes may start to cross. There are obvious and not so obvious "typos" to search for. These are the red flags that can send your score plummeting - even when you pay balances on time!

3. Changing the Flow.
When you're ready to dispute an item on your credit report, will you know if it's the right item and how to dispute it? Chances are, no. And you could be doing more harm than good to your overall score.

Being educated is a key in improving your credit. And now it's easier than ever to discover the amazing free information out there - but it must be correct information. Knowing what's real and what's fluff is why this article is being written. I've spend hundreds of hours researching and working on my personal credit rating repair.

My credit score was poor, my knowledge horrendous and the steps I took all wrong. And then I discovered the right tools, started on the right path and was able to raise my credit rating in no time. And I know you can too.

It's not hard. It's not impossible. It's a great feeling, getting on the bandwagon and starting your credit rating repair. What are you waiting for?!
